My husband and I have lived in 6 different countries (many US States) and bought and sold many properties during our 15 years of nomad life! I am not a good renter so we buy and sell wherever we live no matter how long or short the time is. Therefore we have dealt with many realtors along the way. From the moment I met Audra I knew she was a focused, hard working individual, but I never knew the lengths she and her team would go to to make her customers happy and complete the sale in a professional and timely manner. We were on the move again, this time to another country in a very short time frame and so many things had to be handled remotely. Audra was always available to get things done and manage all the intricacies of a relocation move (which is never straight forward) whilst managing different time zones. She checked on our property DAILY and watered our plants as we had already left the country. I am rather particular about design and the way things need to be presented and Audra saw my vision and executed beautifully. All the T's were crossed and all the I's dotted on the contract and when it came to close the property it was a breeze. No surprises. She understands the presentation factor and no job is too big or too small. We also had a lot of laughs on along the way!

Audra is an amazing agent. Our previous agent not only couldn’t sell our house, but asked us to drop our price after just two weeks. We decided to try again with Audra after seeing her signs all over our community. She sold our home before we even listed it. She even found us a place to stay as we transitioned into our next house. This review is for the service she provided after closing escrow. We had originally reserved a brand new apartment complex and planned to move in just before our move out date. However, three days before our move in date, they notified us there would be a delay and that we would not be able to move in as planned. Without a place to move in to, I was so stressed and panicked trying to find a new place in such a short time period. I called Audra for help. She immediately helped me to find a place that suited our needs in two days. My gratitude is beyond words. On the last day of our move, we left a lot of trash outside to pick up the next day. When we showed up, it was all clear. Audra came early in the morning to bring them to the dump for us. It was unbelievable that someone would do all this for their clients after closing escrow. She is truly a role model to her peers. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
