There is never a charge to be connected with a referral agent. Compensation is earned only upon the successful close of a transaction, and is paid as a portion of the agent’s compensation through a written referral agreement between brokerages. Referral compensation does not increase or alter the compensation you agree to with your selected agent. This is recognized as standard practice, and referrals are reciprocated. I am fully invested in your experience and goals.
